The choir performs the traditional and cultural synagogue hymns of Sephardic Jews. The hymns and prayers, which are sung on the Sabbaths and holidays, are performed in Turkish music modes and maqams and accompanied by authentic instruments of Turkish music.

The concert was recorded during the European Day of Jewish Culture 2019.
